ALOHA girls! It’s Alissa again! Yesterday I was talking about my #NewYearsResolutions and one of them was to LOVE my body! WELL part of loving your body includes taking CARE of your body! Gotta treat it right, it’s the only one you’ve got!

SO the other day I was chatting with my girl Victoria and she shared her FAV new smoothie recipe with me! That girl LOVES her smoothies so you KNOW if she’s got a recipe to share it’s a GOOD ONE. She’s tried out basically EVERY SINGLE COMBO and has practically perfected the art of the vegan smoothie!

This is the PERF smoothie to start off 2017 the right way! Healthy, hydrated, and DELICIOUS!!! YUM!


1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup raw coconut water

1/2 cup chopped and pitted dates

1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract

2 medium-sized bananas

Put everything in the blender and blend for about 30sec-1minute! Poor in a glass and ENJOY! 🙂
