Bonjour Girlies, it’s Justine here! Rice Krispies Treats are a CLASSIC, right? They are easy to make, crazy delicious, and good for EVERY OCCASION so of COURSE I had to make some for Easter! They’re so easy to make and it only takes three ingredients, if you’ve never made them before here’s how you do it!
6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Cereal
3 tablespoons butter
1 package JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
Sprinkles – (Optional but TOTS NECESSARY!)
In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat, add your marshmallows and stir until completely melted!
Remove it from the heat. I’m going to be honest with you girlies, I totally eyeball the different measurements! I like to have MORE marshmallow than krispies so after I take the marshmallows off the heat I just add in however much I feel like at the time!
I also DUMP IN ALL THE SPRINKLES! YAS YAS! Than butter up a pan and press the mixture down evenly. Let it cool and cut into cutesy squares (or easter egg shapes if you feel like it!)
I went a LITTLE extra and used some candy melts to decorate the krispies…and then I dumped even more sprinkles on top! YUM!
So easy, I can’t believe I don’t make these more often!
